About Us

I am a Bass Fishing Guide in Southern California. I have been fishing for 35+

years and have spent the past 12 years with emphasis in San Diego regional bass tournaments. I am an ex-

commercial tuna fisherman, working on purse-seiners in the South Pacific, and former 100 Ton Licensed

Captain working on various sportfishing vessels out of San Diego. I have a wonderful wife and 2 amazing

boys. In the last several years of competing against some of the best anglers in San Diego, I have honed

my techniques to be not only effective, but also as practical as possible. One thing I have learned about

our local lakes is consistency is absolutely key. I find my own fish, and patterns. If you are on a trip with

me, you can rest assured I will not be chasing a bite that I have not found and confirmed myself, PERIOD.

Your time and money are important, and I will always strive to put you on what I have found. I can cater

to any level of angler, whether a seasoned professional, or beginner. I will make sure you step off the

boat with a smile and maybe some new tricks, or knowledge. I treat every guided trip the same way I

treat a tournament. I put the time on the water beforehand, in hopes that the day you step on my boat,

you have the best chance at having the best day of Bass fishing you’ve ever had! The motto I live by

sums up everything I stand for on my approach to guiding and tournament fishing: “Damnation seize my

fight/challenge, and I expect the same from you.
